Pete Muller began his career in the mobile electronics industry nearly 10 years ago as an installer and IASCA Judge. In 2002, Pete received an offer from Kenwood USA to take on the role as their South Eastern Product Trainer. As their trainer for the South Eastern United States, he was responsible for providing individualized technical support and product education to the large network of retailers, distributors, and sales reps throughout the territory.
After working at Kenwood for three years and spending a short period of time as a Sales Manager with Rosen Entertainment Systems, Pete accepted an offer from Dual Electronics Corporation in 2005. In this position, he was responsible for managing in-house marketing and assisting with product development related to home, car, and portable audio / video products.
Noticing a steady decline in the sales of core car audio products, Pete decided to vigorously investigate other technologies that could help rejuvenate the category. During this time, he came across a startup company in its infancy stages called Azentek.
